Inflow Sources
Water and nutrients flow into Upper Klamath Lake from a variety of sources. This page focuses on the comparing the relative amounts of different inflow sources to the lake, and how they contribute to the total inflow. The first set of charts shows the total inflows from the four main sources, followed by charts for the individual guaged tributaries and pumped areas.
Equations
Total Inflow = Precipitation + Gauged Tribs + Ungauged + Total Pumped
Gauged Tribs = Williamson River + Wood River + Sevenmile Canal
Total Pumped = Ungauged Pumped + Agency Lake Ranch + Williamson River Delta
Primary Inflow Sources
The timeseries plots show the annual and monthly timeseries of each major inflow source.

Gauged Tributaries
The timeseries plots show the annual and monthly timeseries of four gauged tributaries. Note that the Williamson River

Notes
- The
Ungauged
term is computed by difference from all other terms. It reflects the amount of water and nutrients that flows into the lake from ungauged basins as well as from groundwater exchange with the lake itself. Precipitation
loads include both dry and wet deposition.
